Potty talk...

This has nothing to do with our wedding, just a beef I have. I don't know if anyone is familiar with potty talk, it is nothing like pillow talk... Potty talk is where one is in a public bathroom, in a stall, seated... and then someone starts talking to you. This is not something I am comfortable with. In fact, it down right grosses me out! Some things need to remain private. This is a time for the uncomfortable silence, because when someone is talking to me... I am MORE uncomfortable. Does anyone else feel this way??? 

Did you know?

Did you know you can get married in Tombstone? I was in heaven when we were there this holiday weekend! I can't wait to return to go through ALL the shops again, and go one the $10 tours!!!

I just think Tombstone is the bee's knees! We had to get an old fashioned disposable camera for pictcha' takin' so pictures will be updated after development and scanning!

Holy Chocolate Dream!

I just sat down with my summer wine... still longing for the rich flavors of Cabs and Malbecs intertwined with delicious dark chocolate... Of course during all of this I was also dreaming of our wedding and potential cakes... and that is when I stumbled across this beauty. 

Cake That! is a great little blog that has TONS of cake ideas and I have just begun to scratch the surface...

Pre anniversary!!!

Officially it is 365 days away... time to dive head first into the planning aspect of this wedding! I am heading to the DHR (Duck Head Ranch) next month for Chantele's very pink bridal shower! That will be the time to load up on pictures and ideas for the Haire wedding! (although the weekend will solely be about Chantele!) So... the count down is officially on! Everyone cross your fingers for good weather!

Two New Wedding Party Members!

Emily Grace, aka Montana to some, has happily accepted the role of Bridesmaid to Emily Kim! Pat has also asked his friend Eddie (Kyle) to join the groomsmen!  We are so excited for our entire bridal party to be standing up there with us on the big day! Again, thank you to everyone for all your love and support!

New Date

Okay, mark your calendars! We have officially decided on
June 18th, 2011!
It was a tough decision because we would like it to be sooner, but all the details will surely be ironed out by then! *Fingers Crossed* More details to come soon!

Father of the Bride

I absolutely love this movie! It reminds me so much of my dad! (minus the basketball scene, it would be more like gin rummy or dominoes or something) Thank goodness my dear ol' dad likes Pat, as does the rest of my family! Watch it!
